Social Media Dashboard

Since the connected Google account is a manager (not owner) of each channel, channel==MINE was returning wrong data (the manager's empty personal channel). Switched to channel==${ch.id} with the shared manager token so analytics are queried against the correct channels. Re-connect YouTube with the Google account you use in YouTube Studio to load analytics.

Three bugs blocked analytics: (1) OAuth scope version check wiped the Firestore-loaded refresh token before use; (2) expired per-channel access tokens threw UNAUTHORIZED without refreshing; (3) analytics queries used hardcoded channel IDs causing 403 Forbidden when the authenticated account didn't match.

KPI tile elements were removed from the HTML in a prior update but the JavaScript still wrote to them without null guards. The crash in init() silently prevented all data from loading. Added null checks throughout so the init sequence completes regardless.

Previous token expired July 25. New User Access Token exchanged for a long-lived Page token and updated in the dashboard. Rampage Poker Facebook data (followers, posts, analytics) is loading again.

Videos in the Rampage Poker live content section now show "(Short)" or "(Long Form)" after the title based on video duration. Shorts are ≤60s; Long Form is >11min.

If YouTube Analytics OAuth is not connected and no cached data exists, the Views column now falls back to summing views from videos posted that month via the Data API — so the column is never blank when videos have been fetched.

A secondary video pool fetch was overwriting More Mariano's video list with a different channel's videos (which had no Rebrandly click data). Now merges into the existing pool so @moremariano videos stay first and retain their link click counts. Timestamps also fixed to display in Eastern Time (ET).

Removed the 4 KPI summary tiles (Total Subscribers, Channel Views, Promo Clicks, Revenue), the Monthly / Year-to-Date toggle, and the "Most Recent Videos" scroll list from each channel tab. That info already lives in the channel card on the left and the Live Content table below.

Clicking a video card on the Main tab now opens the in-dashboard video player — same experience as clicking a title in the Live Content table on channel tabs.

The overview analytics chart now shows a clear "No analytics data — connect YouTube Analytics" message instead of invisible zero-height bars when no data is cached. Firestore analytics cache TTL extended from 4 hours to 24 hours so data persists across the day after a single OAuth sync.

Monthly Output views now refresh whenever video pool data loads — and fall back to summing Data API view counts for videos published this month when Analytics isn't connected, so the Views column always shows real numbers.

Removed the empty dark box that appeared under each vertical title. Repurpo (Clients) deliverables simplified to 53 videos; finances updated with More Mariano only ($15,000 earned, $200×53 video cost, $4,400 net).

Removed deprecated per-post insight metrics (post_video_views, post_clicks, etc.) from the posts API call — Meta removed these in v21+ causing the entire posts request to fail silently. Posts with likes, comments, and shares now load correctly.

The analytics chart on Rampunts, Rampage Poker, and More Mariano is now a vertical bar chart with months on the X-axis. Each metric pill (Subs, Views, Watch Hrs, AVD, RPM, Retention) switches the chart. No longer shows per-video data — always monthly.

The manual content calendar has been replaced with a live read-only table showing the last 25 posted videos per channel. Columns: title (click to watch in-dashboard), date posted, views, likes, comments, link clicks, and revenue.

Clicking any video title now opens an embedded YouTube player in a modal overlay. Works on all channel tabs, the Main overview, and the Live Content table. Press Esc or click outside to close. An "Open on YouTube" link is included for full-screen viewing.

Previously, switching months or periods had no visible effect unless YouTube Analytics OAuth was connected. The filter now uses Firestore-cached monthly view data so the Views tile updates correctly per month even without the OAuth token.

Clicking a video title on the YouTube overview cards was navigating to the channel tab instead of opening the video. Fixed by stopping event propagation so the modal fires correctly.

Each item in this list now links directly to the relevant section of the dashboard so you can jump straight to what changed.

The ← Prev / Next → buttons on the weekly content output table now shift by exactly one week instead of jumping a full 5-week block.

Posts fetch now paginates from January 1st so months before July are populated. Previously limited to the 50 most recent posts.

The ⬛ Main overview now shows a combined feed of the last 50 videos across all three channels below the channel snapshot cards, sorted by publish date with view counts and channel labels.

Added this changelog tab so you can always see what's been improved. Lives next to the Org Chart.

Each channel tab (Rampunts, Rampage Poker, More Mariano) now has a period toggle above the 4 KPI tiles. Switch between any individual month or YTD totals, with the period label shown on each tile.

Added a full analytics chart card to the Facebook section with 4 selectable metrics: Video Views, Total Reactions, Post Clicks, and Complete Views (30s) — all sourced from per-post API data.

Replaced the Engagements and Organic Reach tiles (which were returning zero from Meta's API) with Video Views (from page-level insights) and Total Reactions (summed from per-post data).

Previously only the current month was selectable in the Monthly Output table. Now you can click any past month (Jan–Sep 2026) to see that month's data. Only future months remain disabled.

The content tracker now shows a /3 goal indicator for Rampunts so weekly output is tracked against target.

The Frankie sub-tab is hidden from the YouTube tab row. All data and code is preserved — just ask to restore it when the client is active again.

Added a period toggle above the Facebook KPI tiles. "Monthly" shows a dropdown to pick any month year-to-date; "Year to Date" aggregates all months. Switching updates all 4 KPI tiles instantly.

Clicking a post card used to open "This page isn't available." Fixed by adding permalink_url to the Facebook API request and using it directly instead of constructing the URL from the post ID.

Posts were displayed in a grid of cards. Redesigned to a vertical scrollable list, showing each post in a single row with thumbnail, title/preview, date, and per-post metrics (views, reactions, clicks).

Replaced the broken OAuth flow (which failed from local file:// URLs) with a simple paste-in workflow. You generate a refresh token on Google's OAuth Playground and paste it in — it's saved to Firestore so all viewers see live analytics.

The dashboard was sometimes using an expired token because the API calls fired before Firestore finished loading the saved token. Fixed by strictly ordering the init sequence: load Firestore token → set token → then fire API calls.

Meta removed page_impressions, post_impressions, post_engaged_users, post_follows, and post_video_views_3s in API v21. Replaced with supported equivalents: page_posts_impressions_organic, page_post_engagements, page_video_views, and per-post video metrics.

Investigated why YouTube Analytics was showing blank after the token was saved. Root cause traced to token loading sequence from Firestore. Token is now loaded before all API calls during initialization.
